  1. Popeyes Mall of Asia (MOA) Opening Selling of Ticket (referred to as Promo) will run from November 21, 2020 to November 30, 2020 (referred to as Promo Period)
  2. This promo is open to all Popeyes customers who will successfully purchase the exclusive Popeyes MOA Opening Ticket during the Promo Period.

    Physical Ticket Selling Booth Location: SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City

    Ticket Selling Date: November 21 – November 30, 2020

  3. Customers who have successfully completed a ticket purchase amounting to P95.00 during the promo period are entitled to the following:

    1 pc Popeyes Chicken w/ Rice, Reg. Coke with a Surprise Toy Stub

    1 Raffle Entry Stub

  4. Customers can redeem the 1 pc Popeyes Chicken w/ Rice, Reg. Coke with a Surprise Toy in Popeyes Mall of Asia only from November 25 to November 30, 2020 only.

RAFFLE DRAW

  1. Customers must fill up their Raffle entry stub with their full name, address, e-mail, mobile number, and affix their signature and drop their entry at Popeyes Raffle Drop Box located at Popeyes Mall of Asia from November 25 to November 30, 2020 only.

    Raffle Entry Stub Submission: November 25 to November 30, 2020

    Cut-off period for all Raffle Entries to be submitted is at 10:00 PM on November 30, 2020.

  2. Customers who joined may win multiple times considering there is no limit on the ticket purchase per customer.
  3. The raffle draw will be held online via Zoom in the presence of a DTI representative on December 4, 2020 at 1PM.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER

  1. The winners will be notified via registered letter, email, phone call and SMS by a Popeyes Representative starting December 11, 2020.

AWARDING OF PRIZE

  1. The Raffle Prizes can be claimed by the winner at Popeyes SM Mall of Asia Branch Only
  2. Failure to redeem the prize within 60 days from receiving the notification letter, will forfeit the winner’s rights over the prize, with prior DTI approval.
  3. All unclaimed prizes after the redemption period shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
  4. The winner shall shoulder all costs he/she may incur in claiming the prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.)
  5. The recipient must present the following when claiming his/her prize:
    • Winning Ticket
    • One (1) valid ID with complete real name, photograph and signature.
    • Email or letter confirmation from the Popeyes Representative
  6. Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.
  7. Employees of Popeyes including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the Promo. The winner’s identity shall be subject to verification.
  8. Winners authorizes Popeyes to disclose and publish their names, photos, and other particulars determined by Popeyes to any person/s and in any mode or manner Popeyes may deem appropriate.
